PKFokam Institute of Excellence admits 30 students into each of its programs per year.
Admission Requirements
The Institute’s standard entry requirements for admission to its undergraduate degree programs are as follows:
1. a) A baccalaureate (C, D, F, E) with a minimum overall average score of at least 12/20;
OR
b) A baccalaureate (C, D, F, E) with at least 11/20 and an overall average score of 12/20 for each of the last three years in high school for applicants from Frenchspeaking education systems;
OR
c) GCE A level with a minimum overall average score of 12 points with at least a B grade in Physics and in Mathematics for applicants from English-speaking education systems or other qualifications internationally accepted as equivalents to the above.
OR
d) Two successful years in Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science in a recognized university.
2. Proof of a sufficient command of the English language (TOEFL) to meet course study and assessment requirements in every respect. Applicants whose second language is English will be offered admission on condition that they score the accepted points at the TOEFL before the end of the first semester.
3. Official transcripts of the applicant’s last three years in high school
4. Applicants must not have repeated any class in the last three years in high school.
5. A duly filled in application form provided by the Institute.
Admission Procedure
The Admission procedure at PKFokam Institute of Excellence is in four stages: 1. Submission of a completed application file at the Admissions Office of The Institute;
2. Examination of applicant’s application file by the Admissions Committee;
3. Admission into the preparatory semester;
4. Evaluation at the end of the preparatory semester and admission into the Bachelor degree programs of PKFokam Institute of Excellence.
